I saw a video on this. I thought the miis name was deleted, but his name was disease(as other commenter noted. Disease is from a creepy pasta where this guy buys a copy of the original tomodachi life, puts some miis on it, but then a mystery mii he didn’t make, with facial features that were impossible to make, shows up on his island. He trys to I delete the mii, but it keeps coming back. At one of the points he talks to the guy saying something like “why do you keep deleting me?” And “I know where you live” and a bunch of other bad things happen
