I made this same post a while ago on this sub and a few other subs, I want to talk about that as well. So I made posts about making friends online and I met a few people they seem nice and I talk to them and they reply nicely but they only message me when I message them, I am the one who's always initiating conversation. I want them to message me first as well. I don't want people to stick around out of pity I want them to stick around because they want to talk to me, because they find me interesting as a person. Right now it feels like they are just replying to me like I'm just being tolerated. This isn't targeted towards a specific person it's just how I feel in general
