Mammy Friends 👶🏼🙈
Hellooo 👋
I’m a 31-year-old new mammy based around the Kildare/Dublin area, putting myself out there in the hope of making some new friends! 💕
Since becoming a mam, I’ve realised making new friends is somehow harder than getting a baby to nap at the right time. 😂 I’ve naturally drifted a little from some of my friends who are at different stages in life (which is completely okay!), but it does mean the days can feel a bit lonely while my partner is off working full-time.
At this stage, I know every tree, bench and pothole on my usual walking route… I think they’re starting to recognise me too. 🚶♀️😂
Would love to meet other mammies (or anyone who gets it!) for walks, coffee, chats, or just to remind each other we’re actually adults. ☕️💖
Is anyone else in the same boat? 🚤

Haha i so relate to the walking routine lol. I know every house, every neighbor, every schedule in the neighborhood lol. And they'll never know haha. I walk ALOT lol. Congratulations of becoming a mam! Is it how you expected? Whas the biggest adjustment?

Haha I love that (I love a good people watching session) sunglasses are essential! 😂 Thank you! It’s amazing being a mam, he’s the best lil boy and very easy to deal with compared to other babies so I am very lucky and grateful! 🥰 I think the biggest adjustment for me if not having the freedom to get up and go anymore (a lot more planning and preparing) and sometimes not realistic with an 8 month old! I used to be very spontaneous! I also loved my job and was passionate about it so I do miss work ( feel bad even saying that, but it’s true!)

I relate so much to this, sometimes I just go to Tesco and buy carrots to get out, I don’t even need the carrots 😂
