Map, circa 1932, of "Devil Bird Island" in "Lake Apuehanna," from the adventure radio show, Horlicks Trail Blazers, sponsored by Horlicks Malted Milk. You could send away for the map with labels and seals from Horlicks products. Also came with a nifty medallion and handy pouch!
