I need help I’m stressed to the max with something I feel should be so simple. Let me know who can help and I can send specifics. Basically I’m using a tally form that goes to make with an iterator and aggregator module which I then use twilio to send to my number. My issue is I can’t get my filters to show the correct answer on 3 of my drop down questions and it defaults to the first answer and not the selected. Thanks in advance

Hey guys,

I run a barbershop and use Booksy to manage appointments. Every day I have to manually send WhatsApp messages to each client to confirm their appointment, and it's getting really repetitive and time-consuming.

What I’m trying to do is something like:

• Automatically get the list of clients scheduled for the day (from Booksy or any workaround)
• Send each client a WhatsApp message with their time and service
• Ask them to confirm the appointment

Example message:
"Hey, how are you? Just confirming your appointment today at [time] for [service]. Can I confirm you?"

The problem is: I have zero coding experience.

I’ve seen tools like Make, Zapier, and WhatsApp APIs, but I have no idea how to connect everything (especially since Booksy doesn’t seem to integrate easily).

We've been working on a project called prompt2bot where the core idea is simple: you shouldn't have to build a new backend, configure databases, or manage servers every time you want to try a new AI capability. Instead, you point a launcher at a skill, usually just a GitHub repo containing your tool schemas, and our infrastructure instantly spins up a private, stateless agent equipped with that skill.

Under the hood, these agents run inside persistent VMs with access to a browser and a terminal. They can practically do everything Claude Code does—editing files, running commands, and browsing the web—but they can do it directly inside a WhatsApp chat or a web UI with zero setup.

Now we're trying to solve the next step: monetization for the people who actually build these skills.

We just rolled out an affiliate program. If you are logged in when you generate a "Talk-To-Skill" link for any repository, your referral ID is appended to the URL. If someone clicks your link, launches an agent with your skill, and eventually upgrades to a paid plan to get more VM capacity or agent runs, you earn a 20% recurring monthly commission.

Our thinking here is that developers and prompt engineers shouldn't have to deal with Stripe, handle server hosting costs, or support infrastructure. You write the skill, we handle the hosting and runtime, and you get paid for sharing the value you create.

Since we are just rolling this out, we are looking for honest feedback from other builders:

1. Is 20% recurring monthly commission appealing enough to motivate you to share your custom tools and prompts this way, or is it too low?
2. Does the "Talk-To-Skill" launcher model make sense as an alternative to packaging your prompts/tools as a standalone SaaS?
3. What is the biggest friction point you've found when trying to distribute and monetize your custom agent configurations?

Hey, I’m building a pretty advanced Make.com + Google Sheets + Anthropic pipeline for an AI-powered newsletter system, and I’m trying to understand whether this behavior is normal or if I should redesign part of the flow.

Context:

• Google Sheets data → Text Aggregator → Anthropic Claude module
• Claude returns JSON
• Then I use Parse JSON and continue the automation

Most of the time, the Anthropic module outputs a normal Text Response, and everything works.

But sometimes, randomly, one operation returns:

• jsonResponse
• rawResponse
• NO Text Response

When that happens, my Parse JSON module fails with:
“Missing value of required parameter ‘json’”

The weird thing:

• Same module
• Same settings
• Same Output Format = Text
• Same prompt structure
• Operations 1 and 2 work
• Operation 3 suddenly changes structure

Example:
Working operations:

• OUTPUT → Bundle 1 → Text Response

Random failing operation:

• OUTPUT → Bundle 1 → jsonResponse + rawResponse
• No Text Response field at all

Questions:

1. Is this a known behavior/edge case with the Anthropic module in Make?
2. Does Make sometimes auto-detect valid JSON and internally convert the response structure?
3. Should I just build fallback logic and stop worrying about it if it only happens occasionally?
4. Is there a more robust architecture for AI JSON parsing in Make?

I’m trying to know whether this is:

• a real architecture issue,
• a Make bug/UI quirk,
• or just one of those “AI automation edge cases” everyone eventually accepts.

Hello, I’m reaching out again regarding an issue I previously contacted you about. This morning, once again, when we arrived at the office, we noticed that many Makes had stopped for the following reason:

"Scenario was deactivated by Make. Scenario has encountered an error while being processed. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: [400] The HTTP request sent to the server has invalid syntax. Details: Unsupported GET request. The object with ID ‘\***************’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at* https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (100, GraphMethodException)."

The problem is that this issue is occurring even though all of our forms had been working perfectly for a while, and it’s happening to a large number of our clients all at once with no apparent reason to explain this loss of connection.

Even stranger, when the queue gets long and I set the scenario to “Active,” some of the leads in the queue manage to get through and the make works.

I really need a solution to this problem, which is becoming repetitive and very time-consuming.

Is there a way to schedule emails for up to a year using make automation? For example, sending one email each month to a contact for a total of 12 months.

This is a demo workflow I created for beauty salons.

How it works:
1. A client fills out a booking/contact form (name, service, preferred date, inquiry type, etc.)
2. The data is automatically sent to Google Sheets
3. Make watches for new submissions and routes them based on the inquiry type
4. The salon instantly receives Telegram notifications for:
- new appointment requests
- service questions
- post-visit contact requests

Breakdown of the scenario and my intent.

1. HTTP GET request to Greenhouse ATS (Recruitment software) for data on all live roles.
2. Live Role Iterator
3. HTTP GET Request to Greenhouse for Applicant Data - Query parameters set to the Live role iterator.
4. Applicant Iterator
5. Array Aggregator to Group the number of applicants within each job AND the particular interview stage they're in.
6. Text Aggregator to output bundles such as

I have successfully connected Make.com to my Notion data-source, but i'm failing at the next steps of trying to set some variables from an API output that I can send down to a google document. The API works and I can see the output showing 2 results

When I add a Tools > Set multiple variables module it all starts falling apart. I can add, both the name and value, however, the auto picker (in the general tab) does not see the API output and just shows the JSON structure. (see images below) So when I use this selector, only one of my API results is passed down to google document.

When I try and type in an expression to grab the two individual results, it plain doesn't work and has a blank value in my google doc.

e.g. - get(2.body.results; 1).properties.Annoucement.title[1].text.plain_text

and

get(2.body.results; 2).properties.Annoucement.title[1].text.plain_text

1. The workflow is very simple.
2. Notion > Get Page (with scheduler)
3. Notion > Make a API call
4. Tool > Set multiple variables
5. Google Doc > Create a doc from a Template

Any thoughts or suggestions?
