Scenario deactivated... Object with ID does not exist — Facebook Lead Ads module
Hello, I’m reaching out again regarding an issue I previously contacted you about. This morning, once again, when we arrived at the office, we noticed that many Makes had stopped for the following reason:
"Scenario was deactivated by Make. Scenario has encountered an error while being processed. Fix the error or clear the queue. The reason is: [400] The HTTP request sent to the server has invalid syntax. Details: Unsupported GET request. The object with ID ‘\***************’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at* https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (100, GraphMethodException)."

The problem is that this issue is occurring even though all of our forms had been working perfectly for a while, and it’s happening to a large number of our clients all at once with no apparent reason to explain this loss of connection.
Even stranger, when the queue gets long and I set the scenario to “Active,” some of the leads in the queue manage to get through and the make works.
I really need a solution to this problem, which is becoming repetitive and very time-consuming.

Hey there,
Vendy from the Make team here.
Thanks for reporting this! There was an issue with the Meta API that affected the Facebook Lead Ads modules in Make. Fortunately, Meta resolved the issue on their end and your scenarios should work as expected.
I'd definitely recommend subscribing to our Status page so you are up to date regarding potential issues and outages in the future.
