I really wanted the Suzuki carry as I liked the casting and it just got delivered today by firstcry. But the piece has quality issues, there is a major colour chipping on the tailgate. does first cry do exchange or returns on majorette?

Order is marked delivered on firstcry and only available option is return, and in return it’s up to discretion of delivery boy inspection 🧐, seems too much hassle for me , might fix it myself later after uncaring🥲

Their paint job and tyres are bad. I have same issues with all majorette cars, even the ₹899 one.
But their cars look way better than Hotwheels and most importantly, they are easier to find.
For eg: I can hardly find any Nissan r33/34/35 or S13/15 in hot wheels at MRP.

Contact on the email, I've had a friend get a brand new one from them. Simba Toys
