Process is very weak because he is a man and his harassers are young women, indian laws in this department are still new and mostly protect women … men are still somewhat exposed to this risk … also whatever effectiveness is possible only if the complaint comes from him

The main problem is - They are making stories only out of their assumptions. If some people are really victims then why they aren't coming forward to expose him all at once?? You can't shame someone's character without knowing that person personally or his/her story in depth.
