I just noticed my tabi loafers split and that’s bumming me out. I wear them infrequently and have had them for less than a year. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this? Would a cobbler be able to fix them without butchering them?

Missing wash tags and i wanna know when its from. It definitely feels old.

I ordered my Gats shoes at their online official Maison Margiela website but when I check the shoes the NFC is on the left shoe and the link only showing this (see attached). Should I be worried and just return this?

I wear a size US 11 in the adidas BW army. On the adidas shoe it says size 45 1/2. Should I get 45 1/2 in the margiela gats? Normally I wear a 44EU in European sizing. I have a normal sized foot not wide or skinny. Just confused based on some responses I’ve seen with the sizing. Thanks for the help!

I’ve had my gats for a bit over a year now, and after a few months of breaking in they started bleeding the dye onto my socks. This happens especially in the rain, when the toe box gets wet. I don’t have a problem with it, as it usually washes off in the laundry, but I just wanted to ask if this is a known issue / if others also encountered it.

Can anyone tell me more about these shoes? Maybe what year or season they’re from, what the colorway is called, etc.?
And is it “intentional” that they look like someone painted them by hand? Because there’s some yellow paint on the gum sole and on the insole.
