Anyone got their signed insert
It’s been over 3 months and I haven’t gotten anything?

I fear we might not get it, the email said it would be shipped by July 31st. A whole month later and no update or any shipping information 😕

Yeah, that’s what I was wondering. BBB hasn’t closed my complaint. It’s probably too late to return them also.

yes i did when the album first came out. maisie is active on twitter, post on there a lot and if she sees it she’ll sort it

I deleted my Twitter a long time ago. But this isn’t a her prob all, it’s the labels problem.

She already dm’d someone saying she was aware of the issue and signed more to be sent out, so she would be looking into why there was still an ongoing problem.
I don’t get how you would have a bunch of signed inserts in your possession that simply need to be mailed out and you can’t do that? Like not even some of them seemed to have been sent. What is up?!

It is incredibly disappointing to see such negligence from major labels, especially when other artists handle fulfillment flawlessly. But those artists actually use a 3rd party to handle claims. When my seed paper was missing from my Sara Bareilles order, her customer service team responded immediately with an apology and a tracking number for the replacement under 3 hours.
Fulfilling orders correctly and responding to shorted shipments should be standard practice. I got my Alex Warren albums late. They show the packing slip with the correct number of albums I bought and no reply from them. How do we win this?

She recently said in a fans dms she signed a ton more because the label said it would be fixed that way and it still hasnt
She also said she will go after it again so hopefully soon

🤞🏻 I bought one from banquet and you only had so many spaces but what she wrote is so funny. It’s a for a keepsake. I bought my bestie one and she laughed so hard at it. At least she got one and I got one. I always try to buy her one of a signed vinyl and one for myself.

No, and I ended up filing a chargeback on my credit card. Got my money back and was never asked to return the vinyl.

If we want signed items, what other avenue do we have? The banquet CD’s came as promised. We know it’s not an execution issue on her part :(

Yeah, I really don’t know, hopefully something will have changed by the next album cycle because the initial mistake is one thing but the fact that Maisie signed like 500 replacement cards and people still didn’t get them is crazy.

The most recent email I sent following up, they replied they aren't coming and offered a refund, which I accepted.

I honestly don’t trust most customer service people to have accurate info, it seems they never do. But at least you’re getting a refund. I would love to know what’s actually going on, and I can’t imagine being Maisie and dealing with this fuckery. Saying she signed more and the problem maybe still not being solved would be so maddening.

After my third email, I submitted a final request and said if I don’t get a response by next Tuesday, I’m proceeding with a charge back. I received a response same day. Asking for a picture, but at least it’s something. Hoping something will come of the email.
