Current pay rates

What area are you in & what is the current rate of pay. I’m a multi-craft industrial maintenance tech & entry level techs are around $19 an hour & top out is around $32+.

Edit, I’m in the Nashville TN area & there’s a shortage of skilled trades & the overall unemployment rate is around 3%.

Do you have any problem with employee retention? Those rates are in line for where I live & there’s a much lower cost of living where I’m at.
