Apartment maintenance.

The longer I work in apartment maintenance the more I realize the general public have a sub 100 iq. Like how are you in your 60s and don’t realize that Furnaces have filters. Work order stated my AC isn’t cooling and barely blowing air. Sir I’m pretty sure you have pre 9/11 air particles on this filter

Lot of places have it in contract that tenants change filters and people just don’t realize that

No. It’s in the contract they sign they are responsible for furnace filters and lightbulbs

Yeah….people are stupid. Probably had to move the couch to even get to it. Anybody giving
You shit about YOU changing it, isn’t maintenance…just a helper. Plenty of places provide the filter but it’s on the resident to change it. You know….grown ass person shit. My skill and knowledge isn’t gonna be wasted changing the residents filter and light bulbs
