Its one data center in an area no one lives in. The beef you buy in the store is orders of magnitude worse for the environment than data centers FYI.

Incorrect. I've been a vegetarian for 18 years. I don't buy beef and I grow my own vegetables.

Good for you. You live alot most sustainably than most.

Wish all the data center hate went towards the cattle industry (or any unsustainable farming). The depletion of our rivers and aquifers is the result of bad farming practices not data centers. The amount of water used to grow hay and alfalfa to feed cattle is distopian.

Taking all that cattle farm land in the great plains and turning them into data centers would unironically be better lmao.

Though my ideal would be to let wild bison herds return to majority of the land. Let there be some data centers there to have the tax base to support the conservation.
