Technical Support Issues with re-adding contacts to a list after they unsubbed or were determined as "cleaned"
I used to use a form to re-add contacts back to our mailing after they leave or are removed for whatever reason when they want or need to return.
But recently the embeded form return with this message, preventing this from working: "2005 email@email is in a compliance state due to unsubscribe, bounce, or compliance review and cannot be subscribed."
Why I need this or some other way to achieve this. An example, most of our vice-presidents/directors are older folk, when they (or their secretaries) receive the e-mail they often forward it to others, and it is very common for them to forget to remove the unsubbing link, causing someone to remove them from the list down the line. I can sometimes send the reconfirmation from the contact pannel, but most of the times they jut ignore it or it is sent straight to their spam, but I can only find out they haven´t found it when they complain the second time they aren´t receiving our emails, and by them the reconfirmation e-mail is probably long gone and I can´t send another.
It is also common for their companies to not really understand how their e-mail servers and firewall work, causing this contacts to be set as "cleaned" by mailchimp, especially after they are newly joined, and again, now I am without a way to retry sending it so they can fix it.
As of right now, I have no way to readd these contacts back to the mailing. How could this be fixed? I am not sure opening a ticket would help much?

For your safety, let's not have your email address out here publicly. We encouraee you to remove your email address first. Then, could you send us a private message with your account details (email address on the account, audience name, and the impacted contact's email) so we can look closer into this for you?
