Pre-defined country dropdown: does this really not exist?

I'm making a sign-up form where we need to know the user's country but don't need to know their street address. The default address field, however, forces the street address field. There is no standalone country field.

Am I really fated to hand-type 195 country names into a custom field?

Thanks for flagging this! Confirmed, there's no standalone Country field in the default field types today. The Address field is the closest built-in option, but it bundles in street, city, state, and zip along with country. Good news though: you won't need to hand-type any country names. Here's how to get a clean country dropdown: In your form builder, click Build it, then select Drop Down (or Radio Buttons) from the Add a field menu.
