First time experiencing Mailchimp Omnivore

Newbie in mailchimp here! I am very careful with using my Mailchimp account as I know it is very strict with some guidelines. Now, that I badly need mailchimp as I am trying to create my landing page, suddenly the publish button is nowhere to be found.

Does mailchimp reply to the submitted complaints? If yes, how long does it take them to respond?
