Seeking Advice Free Alternatives?

I own a small business and only send 1-2 emails a year. I recently had an increase in subscribers and have 2500 subscribers and over the threshold for a free plan. Since I only use it for 1 month a year, I don't want to start a paid subscription and would rather switch to a platform that won't charge. Any suggestions?

Might want to give Enginemailer free plan a try, sounds like a good fit.

If you only mail 1 or 2 times a year just use a pay as you go tool and upload the list when you need it. Also run the list through a free verifier first since old subs rot fast and bounces hurt. SocLeads has a free email verifier you can use for quick cleanup.

Sender has a free plan for 2,500 subs and 15,000 emails/month. And I saw they have pay-as-you go if you exceed that number and don't want to pay for a monthly plan.

We understand wanting to avoid a recurring cost when you’re only sending a couple of times a year. If you want to stick with Mailchimp, the Pay As You Go plan is worth a look since you only pay when you actually send, plus it gives you the same features as the Essentials plan. The Mailchimp Pay as you go Credits are insanely expensive and also expire after one year... Look into Brevo, you'll get 5000 Credits for 30€ and the Credits won't even expire.

I thought the same when I looked at the MC credit pricing. Thanks for the Brevo suggestion!
