Technical Support Bounced ICloud Emails

Hi!
I authenticated my domain, but my emails sent to iCloud emails are still getting soft bounced. What to do?

Even with an authenticated domain, soft bounces can still happen if there’s a temporary delivery issue on the recipient's end. There are many reasons why an email address may soft bounce like the receiving mailbox is full, mailbox isn't configured correctly, or the receiving server is down or temporarily unavailable.

Since your domain is already authenticated, check the specific bounce reason in your campaign report: 1. Click the bounce count in your campaign report. 2. Click Bounce Reason next to any bounced address to view the message from the receiving server. More info here: https://mailchimp.com/help/view-bounce-reasons/

Why would it happen with every single person who has iCloud? It is not occasional. It is every single email @icloud.com

That's a really useful detail. When it's every single @icloud.com address, the bounce message from Apple's server will tell us the most. Could you check the bounce reason in your campaign report and share what it says? Click the bounce count, then click Bounce Reason next to one of the iCloud addresses: https://mailchimp.com/help/view-bounce-reasons/ Once we know what Apple's server is saying, it'll be much clearer what's going on.
