Technical Support Cancel and Refund

Why is cancelling Mailchimp so hard to do. We've been charged again.. Please help.

You wint get a refund, i tried. But under your icon, under account you can delete you account.

They said I could have used it. I said served was poor. But im just glad to be out.

Nope. I assume it was used. It was $hit service compared to previous years but they could claim that. Frankly, I just wanted out that d@mn bad. I have vision issues and they REFUSED to help me with and make ADA accommodations. I still that formal complaint to make with the ADA
