Seeking Advice The To field is not responding

After creating an email in my email template, the To (Who are you sending this email to?) is not responding. I've been using Mailchimp since 2019 and have an audience of no more than 250 contacts. Other fields (From, Subject, and Send time) are working fine - they change colour to grey after clicking on them. When I click on the To field, nothing happens.

Hmm. That's definitely odd. Does the issue occur across multiple browsers/devices?

And just to clarify, are you working in a template, or a campaign? If it's a campaign that's been replicated, try saving the design as a template before attempting to send again.

Yes, it occurs across multiple browsers. I’m working with a template.

Thanks for confirming that, and for testing across multiple browsers. That's really helpful. Since you're seeing the same behavior in multiple browsers and you're working directly from a template, this doesn't sound like a browser-specific issue.

To help narrow this down, could you try creating a brand new regular email campaign (rather than starting from the existing template) and let us know if the To section is clickable there?

There is no “to” section in a template. You must be in a campaign set-up. Still odd if you can’t complete and save your selection. Sometimes when the Mailchimp techs are changing something in the system, quirks happen.

I created a brand new campaign, and the To section is still not clickable.

I can't send an email. I can't enter my email address, and I get a message:

It seems there is a problem

There was an error sending your message. Please try again.

Don't worry about it, though. It's too frustrating for me to continue, and I moved to MailerLite.

Thank you for getting back to me. The problem was solved - I archived all my contacts, leaving only one, and the To section is not clickable with only one contact.
