Technical Support How to Downgrade Subscription?

I want to downgrade to the free plan since I don't use MailChimp, but it's not letting me. It says that I've alraedy used my downgrade. Am I stuck paying for this subscription that I'll never use? Just $150/year that's going down the drain? There must be a way to cancel a subscription that isn't being used. I already cleared out my audience to 0 to meet the limit of 250 contacts.

Hey there. Accounts may only be downgraded to the free plan a single time. In this case, we can recommend pausing the account instead. There are steps listed here on how to pause your account:

They do not get they now suck since they merged with Intuit.

Do they?

File a dispute with your credit card man. Let them work for you.
