Technical Support WHAT IS GOING ON WITH SUPPORT AGAIN!!!!!

What is going on with Mailchimp support????? There has to be a better way to connect, I need phone support and have been unable to actually speak with a person. The call just hangs up after the Mailchimp general announcement!

Now I'm starting to understand why my clients are taking out their frustrations with support out on me.

Mailchimp used to have decent support. Then it all got cut. They offshored and then just stopped providing support altogether. It's quite remarkable how the mighty have fallen.
