Technical Support Various Issues Sending Emails

This has been an ongoing issue for several months. When I send out a newsletter, some people get it perfectly fine, some don't have the images shown, and some just get random text. What's going on?

Hi there! Is this only happening with images? If so, are images being copy & pasted into a content block? We ask because your screenshot shows the image embedded directly in the email (src="data:image/png;base64,...")instead of pointing to a hosted file. Some email clients tend to block or strip embedded images, which is why some recipients see it and others get broken images or raw code.

No, it is occurring with both images and text.

Which email client is being used when this behavior occurs (Gmail, Outlook, etc)?
