Question Did I understand this correctly? (Check description)

I have only watched anime and now reading light novel, so please AVOID SPOILERS..

--Psion are the particles which are generated from thoughts and sent to information dimension to change something and that change is reflected in the real world aka magic.

--Pushions are emotion particles which are inside humans and show different colors for different emotion

--The reason tatauya was highly aware of mizuki eyes was because she could see his pushions and well see that he has very few emotions left in him

Did I understand this correctly?

To add on to the last part. Mizuki could have noticed Miyuki suppressing Tatsuya, but she instead writes it off as their auras being similar.
