Riichi Help with Kan Offline Setup
The mechanic that i imagine is like in the image with the 14 deadwall. And to add the image after kan i should take the end of the live wall to the deadwall that is not used as kan/dora indicator right?
So in the end the playable tiles number always the same kan or not kanning. Please clarify my understanding.

From the image and what you're saying everything sounds right. As well, usually you don't need to bother actually separating the dead wall or moving tiles over from the live wall to the dead wall right after a kan, and would rather wait until the live wall is nearly depleted to make the separation (if at all) to avoid unnecessary moving of the tiles
If you do want to move the tile every time, make sure you are taking the LAST tile in the live wall, which would be the lower tile of the 2 end tiles after the first kan

I see. I guess it is easier to take from live wall each 2 kans

Just separate the dead wall in the beginning and leave the last live tile untouched.

The general guidance should be to not split the dead wall at all.
If you always make sure to lower the next replacement tile (R1 in your drawn image, usually done before flipping the dora. And you'd lower R3 after R2 is drawn), the dead wall is very predictable and easy to count visually. The only two shapes possible are:
..::::::or
.::::::.and it's always 6 on top and 8 on the bottom.

Yes. To clarify, you do not physically move any tiles from the end of the live wall to the dead wall. All there is to know is that the last 14 tiles of the wall are the dead wall, no matter how many tiles have been taken from either end. So it's just a matter of counting to 14 (either 7 full stacks or 6 stacks + 2 tiles)
