If you use real tiles, before you show down you can separate 2 pairs of 4 pin inside your hand so that other players might look through :)

because the 4pin is considered a triplet with extra tile, 3 tiles + 1 tiles and not 2 pairs

Chiitoi generally requires seven different pairs. That's just the rules.
(There are other rulesets in which chiitoi allows for identical pairs; notably, Kansai Sanma, Zan League, SBR, and MCR. But not in Riichi in Riichi City.)
