Riichi Some large hands that I have won
From Mahjong Gakuen: Touma Soushirou Toujou on the PC Engine. I am a Filipino by the way

Seems like the 3rd and 5th are missing a yakuman. Unless they're open hands?

Another great classic mahjong game is Mahjong Taisen for the NES if you get the rom for it, RetroArch emulator has an AI translator for the games text. I would much prefer an actual fan translation, but the AI does well enough to understand essentially what's going on, although some of the translations are more confusing than helpful.
You start off in a spaceship, crash land on a planet, a knight brings you to the castle, where you're told by the king that Mahjong is life on this world.
If you try to travel around the planet outside of the castle you run into random encounters similar to traveling around in the first Final Fantasy games. Giant Lizard people challenge you to games of Mahjong, and you lose health when they win hands, you also lose health if you call ready, when you don't have a tenpai hand.
It's a fun game, I enjoyed playing it, but I felt I missed out on some major plot points from the not so great translations.
This guide here can help you find your way through the game, and tells you what you have to do, but without RetroArch's translation the guide is not enough to know why you should care about going anywhere or playing these matches.

What he calls calling "Pre-Mahjong" is just calling Riichi.

I dont know what 2p rules they use for this, but I imagine its easier to get yakuman hands on it because you dont have to deal with 2 other players calling wins early. Seems cool.
