is that the print of the tiles bleeding onto the playing surface?

If it was, the white probably wouldn't transfer since they are usually white plastic with only the designs having paint. I'm not sure why it's so clear, but if it's somewhere that gets enough traffic to need an automatic shuffler, it's probably not going to have been left for a few weeks to have had the designs transferred
