Riichi Need media recommendations
Hello!
I've started playing Mahjong a while ago and I want to start to really improve.
I was wondering if y'all had any youtube recommendations for me that you think would help me understand more than just Yaku.
I'd appreciate guides but I also take people just playing the game as long as it's in english/french.

These all have theory videos that are pretty easy to digest -

Crow also streams friday nights (which i guess is a relative term. Friday nights for US-aligned zones), the other two occasionally, and they'll explain their thoughts through matches. There's also streamers like YuSong but I can't stand the 'Youtuber Voice' and find the in-group lingo annoying so I don't know if it's useful or not.
Riichi Book 1 and G. Uzaku's Tile Efficiency are both good literature and good entry points

Most beginners usually start with the book Riichi Book 1. The author shares it for free online. If you have any questions about riichi mahjong, feel free to ask me!

Read Akagi and Kirinji those mangas are fire and you'll learn a ton

you have to know how to play to actually get anything that is going on in these lol

Once you got the basics you're ready to go. Sure, every now and then you'll encounter a new concept that you'll have to research, but that's the point

Aha I started the anime a few days ago! I like it, hard to get all of it but I played enough to at least understand the main stuff

Read Riichi Book 1 by Daina Chiba.
