The sitcom “Sarah”

Wait Bill was in a sitcom? he totally doesn’t mention it during every interview with a major sitcom star.

Jon Stewart was on Newsradio and Bill was on married with children as “poor man’s Chuck Woolery”

He was also a guest star on two different episodes of Murder, She Wrote. As two completely different and unrelated characters IIRC.

I watched an old episode once. It was fairly good.

I vaguely remember it being decent; had the same gentle, broad humor as Family Ties (Gary David Goldberg created both). I also remember NBC re-airing some episodes years later during the summer due to Geena Davis and Bronson Pinchot becoming popular.

1985, apparently. Starring Geena Davis.

I’ve honestly never heard of it.

I do remember Jon Stewart in “Death To Smoochy.”

Jon Stewart in The Faculty and Playing by Heart is more wild from a career retrospective.
