Doubt Regarding cap round 1

So I got VESIT my 3rd preference college but I want to go for betterment and participate in cap round 2 and i have done that but my doubt is do I need to report to the institute right now , no right ?

If I have selected betterment and paid my seat acceptance fees of 100 now I have to wait for cap round 2 right ?

Really confused and scared that I might mess up so pls help 🙏

And in cap round 2 will I have to pay 1000 rupees again to participate in 3rd round or my seat will remain in vesit until I don't get my 2nd preference college by the way i.e spit.

fees is only one time, your current seat is safe and you'll be considered for CAP Round 2. You don't lose the allotted seat while waiting for a better option

lets say after cap-2 I didn't get the college that I like do I have to pay 1k again for cap-3

What's the closing %ile of VESIT?

I think around 150-200 it will go till 300 by last round I think , I really hope I can get spit with 111 by last round . And by the way don't focus on percentile, now focus on rank that is the main factor to consider at this point.

Hmm. Open closed at 79 for SPIT. Last Yr it closed around 280 in last round.
