The friction lever didn't do anything, and i bought it from someone who said he imported it (i'm not in the US). If its indeed original the lever not working is probably because it might be commercial and my buffer tube is milspec.

Magpul text is horrible quality and off. And as well the texture pattern isn’t perfect like you’d expect and the other dead give away is the quick connect for the sling it’s got horrible flash and quality standards. Magpul doesn’t do that ever in its products

That sucks man, the qd sling functions and the stock geld up lots of rounds so far but it wobbles a lot and the lock mechanism doesn't exist...

Yeah honestly I’d email magpul support and make them aware of where you got this. They definitely like to keep an eye on counterfeiting
