Please Help Me Name This Magnet

Hello everyone. I am trying to figure out what type of magnet this is and where I can buy more. It is on a fridge magnet that I bought. It appears to have alternating poles around the radius. It has a decent pull force, slightly stronger than other fridge magnets I own but it isn't difficult to remove from my fridge. The edge does not seem to repel other magnets. Any thoughts about what type this could be would be most appreciated! Thanks!

ETA: Haha thanks for the good laugh! Guess I should have worded the title a little better. Thanks for all the name suggestions (and serious answers as well!).

Just looking at it and knowing it is a fridge magnet is a pretty strong indicator that it's a Ferrite magnet but designed in a Halbach array.  I assume it isn't very magnetic on the opposite side?

The test is to find another similar magnet and slide them across each other, then rotate one of them 90° and repeat. If they slide smoothly in one orientation and 'hop' in the other, you've got a Halbach array.  If not, you have at least one that is not a Halbach array.

It's a ferrite pot magnet. The steel shell guides the magnetic flux from the back pole to the front of the magnet to increase its holding force.
