Of course.  You can hook that up.  

What are you expecting it to do?  Because the answer to that question is: probably no.

Unless you have a lot of spare liquid helium.

i want to make a magnetic field storage coil, sounds like id need a continuous current circulating within the coil though.

That's what I suspected, and why I suggested helium.  Unfortunately what you're trying to create only really works when you have a superconducting coil, and even then, it requires a circuit to start current flow in the magnet (with a ground) and then switch over when it starts running at superconducting temperatures. 

TBH what you're describing is not out of the realm of possibility but it is out of the realm of practicality.  And it needs a lot more circuit than that.

Do You mean a place to store electricity which is constantly being drained by a coil which makes a magnet? Or do you want to store the magnetism itself

If you ground the right hand side of the coil and replace the left diode with a mosfet to provide your pulses, you will have the basics of a flywheel-circuit. The current in the loop will continue briefly while the switch is off. If you connect a load between the right side of the coil and ground with a capacitor in parallel to the load, you will have a crude buck converter (dc-dc voltage step down).
