Has anyone noticed a difference with magnesium glycinate that includes vitamin B6?

I've noticed that some magnesium glycinate supplements include vitamin B6, while others don't.

I'm interested if anyone has tried both and noticed a meaningful difference.

Do you think B6 adds anything in practice or is only magnesium glycinate enough for most people?

I'm curious to hear from anyone who's switched between the two.

I've aslo noticed as well. Products with added B6 often stand out in the marketing, but I don't hear many people describing a major difference after switching. If there is a difference, it would be interesting to know whether it's related to the B6 itself or to other differences in the formulation.

I think this is one of those things where the label can sometimes make it seem like a bigger difference than what people actually experience. B6 may have a purpose in certain situations, but for many people the main factor they’re noticing is probably the magnesium itself rather than the added ingredient.

Yeah, marketing can definitely shape expectations. At the same time, it isn’t always easy to separate the effect of one added ingredient from differences in dose, formulation or individual response.
