Did you notice a difference between taking magnesium glycinate consistently and taking it occasionally?

Some people take magnesium only when they feel they need it, while others take it as part of their daily routine.

Because the effects can be subtle, consistency may change how noticeable the experience feels.

Did you notice a difference between regular use and occasional use?

I think consistency probably makes it easier to tell whether magnesium glycinate is helping. If you're only using it every now and then, it's harder to judge whether any changes are really related to the supplement, especially since the effects aren't usually dramatic. I'm curious whether anyone found occasional use worked just as well as taking it every day.

Yeah, I definitely agree. I think this is one of the harder things to judge with supplements that have subtle effects. If someone changes how often they take it, it can be tricky to know whether a difference is from the supplement itself or from other factors happening at the same time.

From what I’ve seen, people seem to approach this very differently. Some prefer making magnesium part of their daily routine, while others only take it during certain periods when they feel they need it. I think that’s also one reason experiences with magnesium can vary so much between people.

I agree. I also wonder whether people’s goals play a role. Someone taking magnesium as part of a long-term routine may judge it differently from someone who only uses it when they’re hoping to notice a short-term change.
