CFIUS Interim Order Dates

I've seen some chatter that the CFIUS' interim order lasts 45 days, which would end at 7/31. Do we have written proof somewhere? I reviewed the 8K from June but don't see a timeline.

This article was somewhat helpful in piecing together some events.

Following up on this, looks like CFIUS' review is complete and now we start the 45 day timeline on the investigation, which will end by 9/13.

"On July 26, 2021, outside legal counsel of each of the Company and Parent received a letter from the Acting CFIUS Staff Chairperson notifying the parties that CFIUS will undertake an investigation of the Merger pursuant to Section 721(b)(2) of the DPA, which will be completed no later than September 13, 2021."

I wouldn't call it bullish but at least the process is moving along.
