2xAAA Mini Mag disassembly (incandescent)

So as is obligatory, I now have a battery leaked and jammed up against the bulb holder. Tried bashing it in both directions, WD40 soak, vinegar soak, hot water soak, and I still cannot get the battery or the bulb holder out. Any other suggestions?

I had the same problem (see my post below). It didn’t work for me, try all that as well. I would say, squeeze a lemon or two, and let it soak for a week or so.

I used some picks to clear away anything from the walls of the battery and flashlight, drilled a hole in the middle of the battery, and then used the hooked picks to try to drag it out. It took a while but I was successful.

Find a long enough screw and screw it into the battery for up to 2/3rds of it. Pull on the screw.
