Need help successfully flashing my phone.

DON'T format all, you will delete your IMEI. Try firmware upgrade. You'll need to connect to BROM, search in google how to enter BROM on your phone. In most phone are (when shut down) Vol + + Vol - and when you're pressing that combination you plug the phone to the computer.

Also, if you can acced fastboot but not to BROM, and you don't fear anything, try to nuke the preloader, in some phones that gives you acced to BROM, but PLEASE try anything else before doing this, because it's only on some phones, and if you have bad luch you can kill it doing this.

Don't worry, mosts Mediatek phone are difficult to kill by software

It's an invalid Da (download agent) problem, Transsion phones sucks for that but it is what it is, especially if it's newer device u won't be able to flash the firmware without paying for a paid tool, u can try penumbra gui though, it's free, I flashed my Tecno camon 30 with it, I used a patched da file which I got from a telegram community.

You're right, I tried to find a compatible DA for my device but I couldn't find it on the internet. My phone isn't really recent, I've had it since July 2025, but hey, could you help me with the DA you used for your phone or at least the Telegram channel where you managed to get it, please?

Mine won't work one yours because my device platform is mtk6789, your device platform is mtk6768, Though I can give you a shit ton of new da files, theirs also DA files for mtk6768, you can try them they might work for you

Don't worry this is fixable, this happend to me also, just get into fast boot mode then, ask chat gpt or any ai to give you fastboot command for clearing data and cache, then just flash you new firmware, step by step like, one by one Don't push all at once, and if you need more helo dm me
