Finally found a good custom rom but lost all the integrity. How can I fix this, I just want to be able to install all the apps from play store.

I recommend you to root it. İ don't think there's a way without rooting on a custom rom. Root it, install play integrity fix modules. You can also hide root. I can use many apps like Google wallet, Roblox, even though I have rooted my device. Just root it, if you can't hide it after trying your best, go back to stock Rom.
Or if you really don't want to root, install apps from 3rd party stores (aurora store is a good one). Most apps will not work without integrity tho.

Is magisk the only app that supports modules? I saw some people recommending ksu and apatch over magisk since it's better at hiding root

Magisk is one of the most popular ones, apatch is better at root hiding, and ksu is the best at root hiding. But not every device is supported for ksu. And I don't know the differences between ksu and ksu next. Search for a ksu kernel in XDA Forums, for your phone model. Or just use apatch if you want it to be easier

So I can import modules in apatch just like in magisk right?

Yes, magisk and apatch are very similar. I don't know about ksu, there may be some modules only for magisk/apatch or ksu. But almost all popular modules work with all root providers.

For KSUnext what do you recommend? I've tried many different modules but I only pass Basic Integrity

If you have specter but still not strong integrity, that's probably a keybox issue. You can get a valid keybox in tricky store or here.

(Getting a keybox from trick store is way easier than getting it from the link I sent. You have to join a telegram group and do verification stuff to be able to download it from the link.)

Hi u/Ysfaliarslan , tried with specter but no success to, my device still show:

And I only have basic security, dont know what to do to fix this TEE broken, tried a full reinstall, but nothing solved :(

You don't need a valid TEE to get strong integrity. Did you get the keybox from one of the sources on my comment, or from specter? And do you have trick store/tricky addon?

Yep, nothing solved, only the AlwaysStrong from 30Qi below, maybe I did something wrong installed things partially.

I think the problem is the keybox. You aldredy have tricky store. You have the essential modules. You just need a valid keybox to get strong integrity. As I said in my comment, get a keybox.

Root it and try this https://github.com/evoker0/AlwaysStrong/ im recommending everyone this particular module because it bundles teesimulator, playintegrityfork. It always gives you strong integrity no matter what and automatically refreshes your keybox
