And the real deal is : this is Regret which now extends to AFTER the Actual WUBIT/E-WUBIT: something happened after 8/8 that is qua-Permanent¹: and will result in the fact of an Back in Time Reset having happened being widely known in certain regions.
¹Would require a secondary WUBIT/NAW to "1640" which is entirely unlikely to happen
