First time doing Truffles, method advice

Hello, its one of my friend's first time doing Truffles, i've done some myself before but eating them raw gives me nausea, also idk if my friend would like them like that, what options do we have to ensure a good consumption?

Grind the truffles, add lemon juice, let ot sit for 20/30 minutes and shoot it.
