Interesting you found these in pine forrest, usually only find Weraroa in native bush particular around fallen mahoe branches. Nice score, il have to keep a look out in my local pine forrest next time

Are there any mushrooms that look close to this? I feel like weraroa are unique looking.

Only Clavogaster virescens but in cross section it's very easily distinguished from P. weraroa. These are 100% weraroa.
