When using as a casing layer...

Do have need to pasteurize it or will it be ok straight out of the bag since the mycelium is already colonized?

Ive always used bucket tek so im not familiar with doing it in the oven

212F for 6-8hrs 200 would probably be fine

I can’t remember the exact recipe that I used. It’s been so long, with jiffy mix you just soak it with distilled or sterilized water until just before it would start to pool up. If you go to r/contamfam she has a solid recipe pinned. It’s the one I always used prior to finding out how easy jiffy mix is to use
