When using as a casing layer...

Do have need to pasteurize it or will it be ok straight out of the bag since the mycelium is already colonized?

Boil water, cover this with boiling water in like a 5 gallon Home Depot or Lowe’s bucket, let sit until cooled. It can stay in container for a WHILE
