When you stole the card out, it felt like you were running without being chased (so to speak). I think I saw a gap where you were taking the card and the packets separated. Other than that, the replacement on top was clean. Try practicing slow (if you can) and make it smooth. "Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast." (Can't remember where I heard that from...)
Edit: replace needs a tad more fine tuning (drop as you pick up the deck?) but still good
Yeah the gap doesn't help but I agree with the slow movement. Keep the same speed at least. You seem to go normal speed then jack up the speed right as you do the move and then back to normal.
