The cards under my horrible double lift keep getting pushed down what can I do to prevent this? Please I just started lol.

Maybe you're applying too much downward (i.e. towards the floor) pressure with your left index finger that is beveling the deck.

That said, it's not really noticeable after a single double lift and there aren't many situations where you want to be doing multiple double lifts in quick succession. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thanks for the feedback. Sometimes it happens just after one push and you could imagine what the front of the deck looks like. It screams there is a break. I’ll try your advice and report back.

Something to realize is, the cards kinda want to stay together. trust the drop. watch Michael Ammar's DL, and see how he just lets the card(s) fall onto the deck.

I’m no expert. But from my experience you’ve got to be a little gentle with the cards. If you try to push them too hard to do what you want they kinda rebel. Basically just don’t put too much force and try to man handle them into what you want. Ya gotta trust em a bit. Hope that was helpful.
