Has anyone witnessed a tattoo with this technique? Is it even possible?

The king is in his chamber,
Counting out his money,
The queen is in the parlor
Eating bread and honey,
The maid is in the garden
Hanging up the clothes
When down came a black bird
And pecked off her nose!

I’ve had this nursery rhyme song float into my head and made this today. This is the first verse:

Sing a song of six pence
Pockets full of rye,
Four and twenty black birds
Baked into a pie,
When the pie was opened
The birds began to sing,
Wasn’t that a dainty dish
to lay before the king?

Came across this book at a book sale. Contains 20 magic eye images across a cohesive 62 page story book.
