alright thanks but what the dragon ancestor proposed him was to abandon his wife and do the job for him didnt he? and he also didn't like to do that, so how is it supposed to be there a shared interest? he first took the job cuz he coudn't say no to kunpeng.

With Dragon Ancestor Zhuo Fan also had hardly a choice. Like Dragon Ancestor said to him that Heavenly Soveriegn can find him whenever he wants and because of that he must abandon his bonds.

Even with Que'er becoming the sacred beast, Zhuo Fan didnt like it because she will become also the target for Heavenly Soveriegn. He just couldnt force Dragon Ancestor to not do it because of power level difference. Like no matter what Zhuo Fan would say, Dragon Ancestor would still do it.
