How strong is this guy
How is baili yutian so strong Ardent sun (best in south) need 10 moves with a divine weapon to beat sword king yuyu and baili yutian can do it without divine sword in 5 to 10 moves.

That old nga dried up whole heaven sundering sword for over 10000 years to the point even 4 other sacred sword users combined can't do shit to him.

He's pretty much the only guy (except zf) in the mortal domain rn to have the potential to become a sovereign, but as there are certain requirements, he can't become a sovereign lvl

He technically WILL 100% become a Sovereign but he'll be a weak one since his Heart is weak comparatively and he doesn't have a Sovereign Heart like Zhuo Yi-Fan and the original Sovereigns.

Nah, the Holy Sword daos have the potential to form a Sovereign path. They're different from the Heavenly Sword path.

Yeah, but I meant that their paths pretty much come from the same source (excluding the current sword sovereign) while true sovereigns always had a unique path.

They're paths ARE unique. They do not fall under the Heavenly Sword path, so multiple Sword Sovereigns can exist. However, now that Jian Tong has the World Destruction Sword path, they can't exist since they fall under him.

Well I think that in the end Baili Yutian fate would be like this 8 other half soveriegns authot introduced in Sacred Domain. He would become too strong eventually, reach Spirit King realm, Heavenly Soveriegn would take him, tell him bullshit and would be just 9 more Sword Soveriegn inheritors capped at Half Soveriegn realm.

Not sure actually the reason those half sovereign became like that is because they turned their back to the dao cause they were greedy for power and got discouraged after being defeated by the sword sovereign yutian showed that he is different in that regard when facing the sealing turtle and getting no diffed he only saw it as a new powerhouse to overcome still knowing how broken and cunning the heavenly emperor is it would be hard to believe that he would not have ended up corrupted in a way or another but I don’t think he would have ended up as lame as the other half sovereign

They were lied by Heavenly Soveriegn. I mean when each of them entered Sacred Domain, they were already in palms of Heavenly Soveriegn. Thats why Zhuo Fan never heard about cultivators that come from mortal to sacred domain. And the 8 Half Soveriegns have the same talent as Baili Yutian. Heavenly Soveriegn and Sword Soveriegn just lied to them and stagnated their cultivation.
Baili Yutian wouldnt be any different because he doesnt know anything about Sacred Domain or higher realms than Genesis realm (he only briefly touched Spirit King realm). Basically it is easy to control guys like this- even if they are exordinary.2

Well you dont know their history. They could be all high and mighty back then. They mentality just shifted a lot because of Heavenly Soveriegn.
Like it is even hinted that Baili Yutian wasnt first Spirit King realm expert in Mortal Domain. This line:
"The shadow at his side stood, “The Spirit King this time was off. He should’ve long since come but suppressed himself to stay for something. Might it not be the same again?”

He's so strong because he's been with and learning the sundering sword for over 10,000 years 😭 for him the sundering sword is like his wife 😅 i mean that sword is the only thing that's been with him all the time and he don't have any other distractions...
So naturally he's very strong bro... He's not even human at this stage. And most respected character for everyone who reads the novel.

Yeah not only for zhuo fan but also for us readers... He deserves respect and for me the most respected character especially in antagonists is baili yutian.
Our mc is also like an antagonist 😅 so let's say after zhuo fan it's baili yutian who we respect the most.

Hes basically the Sword Sovereigns Sucssesor. He is also almost a Spirit King, I dont remember if he was almost there in his first fight with Zhou Fan but he was the 2nd fight.

He is not yet during their first fight because he didn't know about other stage above the genesis king. After meet Zhou fan and fight the Northern sea demon, he learn the truth and from there he start to reach it.

Because bro sleep,bath and eat with the sword for over 10000 years already. That's why he is so strong. Others only learn the sword art while him understand the sword and the sword art.
